A few months ago I ordered 2 pair of boots both different sizes. I received 2 pair of the same size. I returned them and ended up paying MORE to get another pair. Ordered a jacket, it came with the security tag still on it. Returned it and they didn't give me my full refund. Tried to explain why it was wrong only to be given the run around for over an hour. Was supposed to have a shirt from the same order delivered the 8th of January. Was just given a refund when I asked about where it was. Not offered for the item to actually be shipped. Ordered another shirt for pictures, drive 45 minutes to get it. Bring it home and get ready to wear for pictures only to find out the button hole is ripped out and it's useless. Sears is absolutely rediculous and has really gone down hill for sure. Everything is buyer beware and it's no wonder all the stores are closing.
