After a year (and still going) living at the Avalon @ Potomac Yard, the battery to the digital lock on my door finally lost its charge. I was locked out of my apartment on a Saturday night at 7:30pm. I called the emergency line and Chris (in maintenance) came to my rescue within 10 minutes. He put a new battery in my lock and made sure it was fully charged. Chris is reason 1243454 to live at the Avalon @ Potomac Yard. This is a first-class community and the Management Team truly cares about your needs and living experience.
