Susie was super helpful and friendly! I called the box office as a show I was looking to attend in a few weeks appeared to be sold out online. Susie answered my call and immediately went to work. She was able to see in her system that there were only around 5 GA tickets left and immediately reserved a couple for me. She even created a new profile for me to facilitate the transaction and lock it down! Super grateful as I would not have been able to go if it wasn't for Susie. Thanks for your help!
