Larry & Team @ Jostens-Allen, TX are amazing!! I placed an order on the corporate site and after payment, my receipt indicated I was scheduled to receive package WELL after graduation. Not being able to speak directly with anyone at Jostens corporate, I took a chance and called Jostens-Allen directly. First ring, Larry answered and so graciously fulfilled my order, complimentary. Larry said I'll still receive my original order, as I have already paid, but he just wanted to make sure I had what I needed and so that I could make my Senior 2020 experience memorable without any delay.
