As far as I can tell, there is almost no internal communication.
Twice I was threatened with 'eviction' by one branch of this organization after having paid another branch.
Once I was threatened with extra charges while involved in good faith negotiations over payment due.
I have upgraded this review because it did turn out that I was in the wrong in the second case, and I acknowledge that, but it still took 10 phone calls and two threatening letters before they actually provided me with any information.
