False accusations against me of neglecting a resident. When I was there for other staff. My mom 67 and I would never put her in a leisure living home, when they can't see the true staff that does everything to prevent harm to a resident make sure they have everything, changed, showered, food, medications, and one on one . I will miss my residents, but don't accuse staff of neglect if you can't provide proof.
