When i told them, they said they would call the company to fix the room, but offered me NO refund and in turn almost charged me TWENTY EURO bc i couldn t find my room key (even though nobody told me that would be a charge if i lost it). ALSO, the staff is only available from 9-9 so If you have an emergency, you re screwed, like the guy who was roaming around at 3 am saying Help! Someone who works here! Bc something in his room kept setting off an alarm. AVOID AVOID AVOID PLEASE
