The room was clean and it had a nice comfortable king sized bed. We specifically booked the hotel because it offers room service so you can imagine our disappointment when we were told that they were not offering room service. Although they allowed us to order and come pick up the room service, the staff was reluctant to be helpful which I found off-putting. Also we were excited to see they offer Netflix however our TV was not hooked up to the internet and the service did not work.
