I called this place about seeing if they can fix my trucks recall and do an oil change/tire rotation .The service department told me they were booked the day I wanted, but when I told him the online option is giving me an option to make an appointment compared to other places would tell me if they are booked online they told me go ahead and set up the appointment online, but they were very adamant on that they were booked. Why else would the online tell me there was an available appointment unless they just didnt want to do it. I went ahead and made the appointment online just for them to call me 10 minutes later telling me they couldnt do it because they are booked. I really think the service department lied to me and I wont be coming here at all. They lost a loyal customer.
