Here for a Conference. Comfy beds, nice shower. Had an issue with card charges but got it straightened out pretty quickly. Front Desk staff nice. Starbucks needs to do some training for some staff like not knowing how to correctly make cappuccino and how to be friendly. However, the staff working Saturday morning was great!
