Regarding the artwork on the wall in the children'...

Regarding the artwork on the wall in the children's area by John Loving III, it is nice but regarding the plaque next to it that gives praise to Harbor House for assistance, I object to this. Harbor House/Salvation Army management hates people who need to sleep on the cot and recently changed the temperature required for them to be allowed to do so from 40 degrees to under 35 degrees overnight, because they don't like them and obviously don't want them around. They won't let cot people shower when they come, although there are bathrooms available for this, and then they're ridiculed and disrespected if they stink. If there is a bed available in a room, Harbor House management won't even tell a cot person this but will let them leave in the morning (and possibly not let them come back for days until it turns colder) and not even telling them there's a bed available and allowing them to be a resident. Management recently put a sign on the front door telling cot people they cannot smoke anywhere on the property, not even outside on the property, although residents are allowed to. It's very obvious Harbor House/Salvation Army management does not like cot people, homeless people who need shelter, and, because of this, they don't deserve the praise that Mr. Loving gave them.
