We have suddenlink at two of our family houses. They sold us on the new all in one box and had us take 3 separate days off for installation, aside from the techs showing up outside of the scheduled time, everytime, they also never hooked up the box stating the phone wasnt moved over. All three times was the same issue and we have been by the suddenlink store as well as on the phone multiple times of 1 hr to 2 and a half hours.now we still dont have service and they've already billed us for our first month lol. We went into the store to get it corrected as the tech told us to do, and were met with more problems. When I asked why they all weren't on the same page, I was met with attitude. Overall a horrible experience. You do not get what you pay for with the guys. Next I will be reporting this new system and suddenlink to bbb for fraud. Dont let these guys scam you.
