I recently purchased my second vehicle from Audi Plano. Ricky was my salesman and he was great. Marcio was also pleasant in finance and Dylan in service was excellent. However, I had a few issues during the we owe you process so I came in to discuss the issues with the manager and I was treated horribly by the sales manger, Neil Thompson. I have never, ever been treated with so little respect by anyone, ever. He needs to find a new career or at least be provided substantial customer service training. I highly doubt I will ever shop here again as long as he works there. The GM, Travis, did a good job de-escalating the situation but I m still shocked that Neil is even allowed to speak to customers at all. My advise is to stay away from him if you decide to buy a vehicle at this location.
