I absolutely do NOT recommend st francis medical center especially their emergency room!!!! Ive been in significant pain since my surgery in march that I had there.
Ive gone in multiple times for this same pain that I am still experiencing daily. My nurse yesterday dropped my IV on the floor and still connected to my IV sight without wiping it off. They left both of my side rails up, and the nurse sighed loudly outside my room when I used my call light ONCE to use the restroom.
It was not busy by any means. My Dr was Matthew Drew who was the worst Ive had yet. He does not care about his patient or helping them. They care so little that my discharge paperwork did not even have my correct vitals on it as I had extremely high blood pressure due to the pain I was in, even when leaving I was in significant pain and could not drive myself home. No one told me I had liver damage from my surgery that they saw on my CT scan. I found out through my patient portal. They literally dont care. GO TO A DIFFERENT HOSPITAL!!!!
