About a year ago I purchased a drum mulcher from Diamond, they got it set up to keep screwing you every time theeth wears out about every 7 days for me here in texas so that means every 7 days or so I have to order a new set of theeth which cost over 850 every time, on top of that they voided my warranty and on those mulchers my bearings been out about 2 times per year wich means more downtime and of course not making money with mulcher at shop.
When I first got my mulcher about a year ago parts came loose motor was detached belt was not in place so overall it s been a disaster, just letting y all know about my terrible experience so that y all carful and customer service Dan voided warranty because now they re saying I was supposed to use one type of special grease for bearings, also almost forgot my mulcher came with no grease fittings so if anyone is brave enough to purchase a mower from Diamond mowers just watch out they re here to get you!! Overall terrible
