I'm on budget billing and CenHud overcharged me by...

I'm on budget billing and CenHud overcharged me by almost 300 dollars this month. Reaching out to customer service so far has done less than nothing--long hold times and completely unhelpful representatives. They're a monopoly and there is no other option. Just robbery.
