went for drive thru covid testing because i was exposed to someone who tested positive but i had no symptoms.

they noted in my chart that i presented with a cough. how can we get accurate data on this virus if providers and hospitals are not charting properly?
(ps...test results took twice as long as any of my friends who tested elsewhere).
