Horrible place. They take your money and you never hear back again. If you do it takes weeks. They took our money then sent us papers in the mail 3 weeks later saying we were rejected with COMPLETELY FALSE INFORMATION ON WHY WE WERE TURNED DOWN. Absolutely no help. Lost $50 in the process. DO NOT USE PIERCE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
