My A/C drain stopped up, I called John Moore and told them my A/C drain was stopped up and needed someone to unstop. Told me there would be a service charge of $49.00 to come out which I said OK. I have unstopped drains many times but now am too old to crawl around in the attic. They sent the repair person to my house and he sent into the attic and said it was stopped up but it would cost $275.00 to unstop the drain. I told the person to leave. What a shame that a company would try to rob people. I called a reputable company, they sent man right out and he did the job in less than ten minutes and charged me $100.00 without a service charge to appear. You made your last
$49.00 from me and I have told all of my neighbors about your service. I only worry about the people who are stupid enough to pay $275.00 to unstop a A/C drain.
