REVIEW FOR DELTA STAFF MEMBER SUZIE BLUE

i give the airport a full 5 stars for amenities, cleanliness, and most of the staff. i offer the same to delta airlines, who have been my carrier of choice for nearly 30 years.

suzie blue, however, is an outlier. thanks suzie, for charging me $100 just because one of my two checked bags was 2 lbs overweight. my party, which includes myself, my pregnant wife, and our toddler, only had 2 bags to check and our final destination is an international one.

on our flight from RDU to ATL, there was at least one passenger who received a seat belt extension because they were spilling out of their assigned seat. if the concern about weight is genuine enough to make me pay $100 for 2 extra lbs, did these individuals also get charged extra for exceeding weight limits far above my 'overweight' bag?

rdu is a great airport. delta is usually an excellent airline. i hope that suzie blue learns to use some common sense.
