I signed up online to make an appointment, recieved the text message saying they look forward to seeing me. I missed their call and got a message that since I did not confirm my appointment that they had to cancel it. I didnt even know I needed to confirm. Their text message said nothing about confirming but that they look forward to seeing me. So I wont be making another appointment with them again.
