The chair was VERY overpriced, Exceedingly uncomfortable, not to the order specification and Oak Tree Mobility were very difficult to deal with after they got the money. A huge fight to try and get a refund and no return or compensation for the chair they took away as a trade-in.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! The "50% off sales" are bogus, their prices are way too high for standard products they buy from other manufacturers, they take too long to deliver and have your money while you wait 6, 8 or more weeks for delivery. Very poor delivery service - dump and run - no instruction, no testing, no interest in customer service. Absolutely appalling!!
