I agree with some people that this place needs TLC. When you enter and come to the reception section it is spacious and have lovely decorations and layouts. Corridors do need new carpets. First room I had on level 6 was clean and simple modern look, walls and carpet needs replacing. I have the basic pillows, towels, hand and body wash but no kettle (it does say on their website that some rooms have kettles) My bathtub was clogged and I reported this and was moved to another room on level 2. My new room again was clean, have the basics but again no kettle which was fine as I have bottle of water in the fridge complimentary from the hotel. Bathroom all in working order. Air con works. Hairdryer in the bathroom and it works. Comfortable bed and I slept well. I would advise to bring disposable slippers.

Breakfast starts 6:30am and I believe it ends 10 or 10:30am. Breakfast had a nice lay out and choices were good. Orange juice and cappuccino tastes great but their pastries even better. Soft and delicious. 15 for breakfast is pricey but I booked my package deal and breakfast was included.

Staff were ok, could look a little more cheerful. Daniel was very helpful giving us information about Antwerp and getting around using transports.

A 5-minute walk from the nearest tram stop, 20mins walk was to Antwerp Zoo, Antwerp central station and chocolate museum. Supermarkets nearby.
Over all I felt it was worth the money, the building and rooms need TLC. I find this place is suitable for students and groups who just need a place to stay. I came here with friends and as a mother I wouldn t recommend this for families with kids as the rooms are small enough for two adults.
