Customer Service is terrible. Called to order a re...

Customer Service is terrible. Called to order a replacement part on 12/17, still have not received the part as of 12/31. Order is still pending. Every customer service rep I have talked to has either said it is on the way or says they will reach out to their supervisor. None of those things have happened. No one has contacted me with any updates. All updates I have received from them have been through me reaching out to them and they have all been false as of 12/31.
