It is very rare that I write a review for anything but i am really disappointed in this company so here it is. I have always recommended RockAuto to friends and customers because their website is super easy to use, prices are amazing and its super easy. I have spent a lot of money with them and over the last few weeks they have dropped the ball.

#1 First I found an issue with their parts catalog which ended up in my project being delayed a few weeks until I got the correct parts from autozone. They did not care to fix the issue or ship me the new part right away so i could complete the job. after several of the wrong parts they were even nice enough to recommend I get the part elsewhere.

#2 There customer support is setup to remove you from talking to actual people and just refers you to using their website. I wrote an email trying to resolve my issue, no response. I wrote an email to file a complaint, no response.

#3 They ship thru FedEx which is normally not an issue but FedEx lost my box. Rockauto handled it and sent out a new one but my parts didn't arrive for almost three weeks from when i ordered them. Huge delay. I had to make multiple calls to them, a half dozen phone calls to FedEx and make a trip to return the parts and all I got from RockAuto was sorry. The situation was handled poorly in my opinion.

Rockauto is an awesome idea but their customer service blows. They should take some notes from a 5 star customer service company like Summit or Jegs.
