Terrible hotel. Bad service. Rooms are untidy. You don't get hot water at night. They don't give you GST bill if you book online. Breakfast is very bad. Even if you book a better category room by paying extra, they will still allocate you a base level room. So, do not pay extra by booking a better category as there is only one category.
