Well appointed offices. The staff friendly and professional. I was there for a certification condo board class. This is my second year as a board member. I had no clue about what to expect last year when I attended the required class. Yet somehow I knew I didn't want to go back to the same place. I am sorry I didn't know about Becker and Poliakoff. What a difference. Even before we got started you felt welcomed. An abundance of refreshments were offered and a video was running with questions and answers on some basic and not so basic questions. The room which could accommodate 60 was bright with comfortable chairs around a modern conference table which had an information packet placed at each seat with pad and pencil. Ken was the director of the class. He made everyone feel comfortable and encouraged us to think and be part of and ask questions during (not at the end). I learned a lot. Would definitely go to other classes they offer and highly recommend them. If I were able to persuade the condo board to switch law firms Becker and Poliakoff would be it.
