Rude man and woman at the entrance. When my brother drove past not noticing the ticket man they shouted abuse at him. The man was sat on the bench when I drove in so easily missed and my brother made an honest mistake. We have been multiple times and never had an experience like this. Safe to say we won t be coming again. We had paid for tickets online as well so it s not like my brother tried to go past on purpose. The wife of this man shouted abuse at me when I tried to say that the man was sat down when I went past- I actually stalled my car because the man was sat on the bench and jumped up so quickly as I almost went past him. Absolutely awful and upsetting for us as a family.
Then a random woman from the caravan site came up to my brother , obviously knowing the other man and woman, shouting abuse at my brother even though she did not see what had happened. Would love to see cctv.
I can t believe a simple mistake turned into getting abused in front of children who were very upset after this ordeal. Won t be returning, we used to love coming here with all of our family.
