Done with Griffin Ford: Attempted to make a service appointment today. After an eternity of waiting I was told I'm not in their system. Purchased a car there about 12 months ago,(They tried to rip my wife off with a 800$ tire protection package as well as other none needed add ons). We have had the car in for service many times since. (not a good thing) Had remote starts installed on our car and our F-150.(work nicely) Just had my F150 in a couple weeks ago for a repair, and you can't find me or my wife in your system?? Why would I trust you to be able to fix my vehicle?
