My experience was not good. And originally I planned to never go back.
HOWEVER -
After posting a review on their Facebook page they replied, eventually reaching out via Messanger. Joe offered his appologies, and a giftcard, which I declined. I asked that he instead buy a meal for a 1st responder or veteran or active duty service member.
To my surprise, he agreed to do this.
For that reason, I will return and give them a 2nd chance.
