I honestly wish I read the reviews prior to going in yesterday.

I was attempting to trade my car and happened to look at the website.
(Long story short...I had a great rental car while mine was being repaired, and I wanted to trade my car in for the same model as rental)

After being called at 745 AM after my online inquiry, I agreed I would be able to come in later. Another team member texted me and gave me the run down. "It will all work out and you will be driving away today! We don't pressure anyone. We want to make it a great experience"

After test driving the car (the color i wanted was in transit) I was informed that if I took the car I drove I would get a "Sweet Deal". I should also mention that the salesman who took me for the test drive, talked about getting high and dropped NUMEROUS F bombs while i drove....not professional AT ALL.

After sitting there for 2 hour, the agent who was working on my alleged "Deal", who had been texting me all day. (Morgan) came over to say well I hate to be the bearer of bad news but its not going to work." Smirked and CHUCKLED.

I am sorry...you just do NOT treat people like that. Don't make false promises. Don't tell a person that you will get much more for your trade if you trade in during this pandemic. And finally when the customer asks for the key to their car back...scoff at them.

"Should I call you if something goes through and we can get you into that car" Morgan said as he attempted to give me his business card.

"No, because unlike you I do not like to waste people's time...and you will not waste anymore of mine." I said as I walked out.

This all was happening at the sales man tried talking to Morgan about driving around with me.

NO THANK! PASS! BEWARE FOR RUDE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!
