I recently switched to Samba financial group and I have been impressed so far. The customer service is great, and the online banking platform is easy to navigate. I also appreciate the fact that Samba offers competitive interest rates on savings accounts. The only downside is that their mobile app could use some improvements in terms of performance. Nonetheless, I am happy with my decision to switch to Samba.
