I recently used the services of a printing company for our business needs. Their work was of a high standard and I was impressed with the quality. However, their customer service was lacking. The team at this company was unresponsive and it was difficult to get any assistance when needed. Overall, I was satisfied with the end result but their lack of communication and responsiveness was disappointing.
