I recently used the services of USAR United Search & Rescue for a situation and was somewhat satisfied with the outcome. The overall process was smooth, and the response time was decent. However, I did feel the communication could have been more consistent, as I had to follow up multiple times for updates. The team seemed knowledgeable and dedicated, but I think they could benefit from improved coordination and organization. I appreciate their efforts, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of customer experience. I hope they take this feedback constructively and enhance their service quality. Overall, it was an average experience. 🚁
