As a customer of Vystar credit union, I must say that their service is average at best. While they have a convenient website at vystarcu.org, their customer service leaves much to be desired. I have had multiple negative experiences with their representatives, who have often been unhelpful and dismissive. The rates they offer are also not very competitive compared to other credit unions. Overall, I would say that there are better options out there for banking services.
