Started as Client and ended up getting good friend through his professional approach on my house construction as Turnkey project.




After engaging, I couldn t find time to match his speed of work in terms of replies from my side and whenever I found the time he could adjust his work and supported me. Also during my visit in India , he lined up requirements to be discussed and get the confirmation from our side as per my convenience . Once we concluded our layout options and his tendering process was exhaustive work but he and his team took through us the entire documents to understand the details . Finally we have decided to award contractor MC Suresh who is a very simple and hard working person, this combo matches my requirements perfectly by accommodating my requirements change during project progress , payment options in terms of time & mode, one important point they also took my references of shops to evaluate and bought things from them.
When construction was getting to the final stage, I decided to engage John for interior design also. With his support our family could visualize the complete house in finishing condition through 3D model , this gave great freedom to decide our requirements satisfactorily. Here also John has brought on interior contractor Zac Mathew who I can say is a very friendly guy and coordinated very well with Suresh without much of my involvement. These 3 teams were a wonderful combination which made our dream to reality .

Last by least, in the last 3 years of my engagement from first meeting to full house completion the entire work including my work was very passionately done by John and team, without them it will be very difficult to make my dream come true by remote .
