Disappointing. It s virtually impossible to get in touch with someone there, I ve been on hold for hours at a time for days on end. I keep trying and I still can t get through - I m not sure what happened but it s is very frustrating. If you can t answer your phones at least have email support. How is it this hard for your customers to get in touch if they need something?
