Worst insurance company. I have had a claim open and unresolved since Jan 2019. When I first made the claim they were quick to respond and sent an adjuster company called ClaimsPro to come assess. After the initial assessment there was no contact, I had to arrange repair services myself and repeatedly email my adjuster from ClaimsPro to ask about the status of my claim. I ve done all the leg work that the adjuster should have been doing and now both SMI and the ClaimsPro adjuster are not returning my emails or phone calls about when my claim will be resolved and not answering my questions. I will be switching companies when it is renewal time. Stay away from this company.
