I called Mayer Fabrics today looking to find an item locally. I knew they were a wholesaler and likely didn't have what I needed.

While they did have what I needed for my upholstery job it was in much too large of a quantity. BUT - They did proactively suggest an individual upholster local to Indianapolis that I might be able to contact to buy the item I needed in a smaller quantity.

Really appreciate this focus on a potential customer and a great experience, trying to help even though they couldn't sell me something. Thank you!!!
