UPDATE: saw simar issues from other customers in different hotels around the country, also booked through Agoda. Seems like Agoda messed up. Putting 4 stars, would put 5 if not for that skinny, tall front desk manager.

UPDATE:
The skinny tall male at the front desk was rude, and even said that we should leave. However, after 2.5 hours of waiting, being on call with Agoda, and talking to front desk, got our room. Thanks to senior manager.

Someone from hotel/Agoda screwed up, and we had to face the consequences. It happens, but hotel team needs to know how to handle such cases, especially during peaks. Front desk team needs training on how to deal with customers in crisis situations. Updating to 3 stars. Not sure if will come back here, buy if will, will be super cautious.

ORIGINAL: Booked through Agoda for Eid Al Fitr a week ago. Got charged. Came to hotel, and hotel could not find the reservation. Hotel representative was saying they will try to solve and suggested to wait in the lobby, but said it's not the hotel's responsibility.
