Same day service as the call. The service department called to let me know the technician was on his way and he arrived in the promised time frame. He quickly determined the problem, told me the part that needed to be replaced and gave me my other options. He did not try to hard sell me and he would have driven away with no charge if I chose to do the repair myself. I chose to have him install the part. It wasn't on his truck but he had another truck deliver one quickly. The new part wasn't the same size so he installed a new bracket to hold it in place. Great service.
