My sisters and I just spent an amazing weekend at The Brown Hotel.
I ll start with the fact that we went there after checking into a different hotel that was not satisfactory.
Precious was amazing and Brent showed us a couple of rooms so we could see the different layouts. They went that extra mile and we weren t even registered guests at the time.
We were able to get a nice room.
The hotel is beautiful with a lot of history.
We dined in J Graham s Cafe several times, for lunch and breakfast. The server Victor was one of the kindest servers we had all weekend. He was so friendly and he made our trip that much more enjoyable. If we were not seated in his section, he still stopped by to see how we were doing and if we were enjoying our stay.
Saturday evening we dined at the Lobby Bar. And although we waited a long time for our dinner, the hotel gave us complimentary desserts. And they were delicious.
The valet and bellmen were always there to greet us coming and going.
I can t say enough nice things about the staff at the Brown Hotel.
They were so accommodating, professional, and friendly.
Thank you all for making a busy weekend so enjoyable.
