2016 I purchased a used 2015 Jeep. I was sold a package plan with oil changes and tire rotation as well as balancing with the first two years were absolutely horrible with me trying to get in to get any kind of service done I could never get an appointment I had to pay several times out of pocket to get my oil changed at other locations. Recently they have got a little better in their service as far as getting people in for appointments in a timely manner .
I was trying to make an appointment for my last oil change, I didn't need one I just wanted to get my money worthespecially since I paid out of pocket for several other oil changes because I couldn't get an appointment in the past. The receptionist told me my package expired on the 16th of September and I mentioned that in the past I wasn't able to get an oil change I was a little aggravated. so instead of her trying to make the situation better she told me they were unbooked all last week and I could have gotten one any time last week and that's my fault. Meanwhile I was trying to discuss with the lady how in the past I've had several problems trying to get my oil changed but she decided to correct me and tell me it was my fault I could have got in last week, right now I'm thoroughly disgusted with the customer service at Big o Dodge. This lady who answered the phone has ruined any positive experiences that the mechanics that I have been working with the last few times created my last two visits. This Jeep purchase started out with horrible customer and very hard to get any kind of appointments for service and it ended out with horrible customer service. So, kudos to you for losing a customer and instead of ending it on a positive experience to where I could tell how much you guys had evolved now I can a tell everyone my rude experience with your the service department.
