The facility is fine but something is really drive...

The facility is fine but something is really drive me crazy.
1. There is no free public Wi-Fi, if you r not a member
2. It's a library, not an open market, there are many annoying tourists and guide person there everyday, they talking and laughing very loud. And children are running/playing around.
3. The library locked all the toilet , u must pay for the toilet in the 7th floor.
4. There are no power plugs under tables( only some of them near the window).
