SheBirths was the best thing we did to prepare for birth and parenthood. The program was a beautiful balance of science, evidence and eastern influences to provide a well-rounded and informative experience. My husband and I, as a team, left feeling empowered and motivated to take on the birthing journey, and confident we had the knowledge and insight in to the tools and pathways available to us. I would recommend the SheBirths program to anyone wanting to be informed and empowered on their own pregnancy, birth and early parenthood experience. Nadine is amazing!
