I am a new customer who called Gold Medal for help with my kitchen ceiling fan/light. From start to finish, every contact with Gold Medal was pleasant and professional. My technician even went above and beyond by calling me the night before my service to ensure I had purchased a new fan to be prepared in case it was not an electrical issue with the old fan. When the new fan didn't work out, he continued to be exceptional by having me text him a picture of the new items I bought to ensure they would be appropriate for his return visit. Jim Lee was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, neat, fair and extremely helpful. As a newly single-Mom, his advice on other issues in my new home for future work was appreciated. I signed up for the Total Care Club and it gives me such peace of mind to know I now have a trusted resource for assistance!
