Man, I just need a transit visa! I'm not even goin...

Man, I just need a transit visa! I'm not even going to stay in Canada how can they be so slow!? And how come they don't give you ONE freaking option to speak to anyone that can help. I'm going to the embassy in NYC right now try any kind of communication with the immigration people. My flight is this Sunday (26th) and I applied march 30.
