Our entree was the skewers of beef tenderloin with shrimp, red and green peppers, onion, mushroom and zucchini slices. This we broiled on a grill pan. Great quality ingredients as anticipated. We used the oven for our dessert-S'mores with house-made Graham crackers. Alinea you rock the take out!
