Ridiculous hold time to reach a representative. I...

Ridiculous hold time to reach a representative. I would not want to trust my medical testing with an outfit that cannot have someone to answer to phone. Hold time was > 1 hour. I hung up! If I could give 1/2 star or no stars - I would.
