First and foremost this dealership has come a long way from where it was 5 years ago. They have a very good inventory, with lots of options. They also have new staff and mangers, which is great.

Myself and my family have been buying vehicles from Red Deer Toyota since 2006. We have purchased 11 vehicles in total, with lots of service work. We almost switched dealerships last time due to terrible management, shady environment, and not concered about customer loyalty....

Buying a vehicle should be an easy process these days, considering everything is online now. Sales guys have it easy these days. Red Deer Toyota sometimes forgets what customer loyalty is.

We just purchased 3 vehicles from Red Deer Toyota in the last 2 months, and we had a sales guy that I will remain nameless. The sales men told us our vehicle was going to be ready this afternoon, and that detail just grabbed the keys. We drove by the dealership 4 hours later and our truck was sitting in the same spot still
With dust on it.... We then went inside to consalt our sales guy and the GM, the sales guy Then told us that he never gave us a time to when the truck was going to be done... Clearly he was lying right to or faces. We then argued for 10 minutes in the show room. WHAT A JOKE. When your spending $160,000.00 you would expect pretty good service wouldn t you?? We sure did not ! It was a head ache!
